Truly white-label

Your subdomain, your logo, your color palette. Creators and publishers never see the Looking Glass brand — they see yours.

End-to-end workflow

Discovery, offer, counter-offer, e-signature, and master-file delivery in one system. Retire the spreadsheets, DocuSign, and Dropbox handoffs.

Enterprise-ready isolation

Multi-tenant by design. Per-tenant storage quotas, role-based access, audit logs, and encrypted credentials so each program stays in its own lane.

Features

Everything a creator program needs, out of the box.

Looking Glass replaces the patchwork of forms, contracts, file transfers, and emails that every creator program seems to invent from scratch.

One-click YouTube import

Creators link a YouTube channel and import any video's metadata in seconds. No re-typing titles, descriptions, or tags.

Master-file delivery

Secure multipart upload to S3 with magic-bytes validation, versioned re-uploads, and 1-hour presigned download links for publishers.

Built-in e-signature

Two-party signing with a canvas signature pad, server-rendered PDF, and lifecycle tracking — no third-party DocuSign account needed.

Offer & counter-offer engine

Publishers make offers, creators counter, both sides accept or reject. Every revision is preserved in a single negotiation thread.

Publisher analytics

Spend, active licenses, acceptance rates, and CSV exports for finance teams. Creators get implied earnings on every program.

Encrypted at rest

OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Passwords salted. Audit logs for every admin action. Built for review by your security team.

Multi-tenant by default

Each customer is fully isolated with per-tenant branding, storage quotas, user roles, and admin controls.

Notifications you can trust

Branded transactional email plus in-app notification center. Scheduled expiry warnings so licenses never quietly lapse.

How it works

One workflow. Two sides of the marketplace.

Every Looking Glass tenant runs the same proven workflow — adapted to whether you're sourcing creators or empowering them.

For your publishers

Discover. Negotiate. License.

  1. 1Browse a curated feed of creator content with implied-earnings estimates.
  2. 2Send an offer; negotiate in a single threaded chain until both sides accept.
  3. 3Sign electronically and download the licensed master file at the resolution you need.

For your creators

Import. Approve. Deliver.

  1. 1Link your YouTube channel and import the videos you want to license.
  2. 2Review incoming offers from publishers and counter or accept in one click.
  3. 3Sign electronically and upload the master file. Looking Glass handles the rest.

Who it's for

Anyone running — or about to run — a creator program.

Media companies

Run your own licensing marketplace alongside your editorial brand. Keep margins and data in-house.

Talent agencies

Give your roster a single portal for inbound offers, e-signatures, and royalty-ready records.

In-house brand programs

Scale UGC and creator partnerships without legal bottlenecks or shared inboxes.

Security and trust

Designed to pass a security review.

Looking Glass takes the parts of a creator program that legal and security teams care about most — and bakes them into the platform.

  • Per-tenant storage quotas with hard caps and visible usage.
  • Role-based access for creators, publishers, tenant admins, and super admins.
  • Audit logs of every administrative action for compliance review.
  • Encrypted OAuth tokens (AES-256-GCM) and salted password storage.
  • Pre-signed, time-limited URLs for every master-file download.
  • Tenant isolation enforced at every API boundary.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Looking Glass really white-label?

Yes. You get your own subdomain (or fully custom domain), your logo, and your color palette. End users never see the Looking Glass brand inside the portal.

How do creators get onto the platform?

You invite them. Creators sign up under your tenant, link a YouTube channel, and start receiving offers from your publishers — no separate Looking Glass account required.

What does the license agreement look like?

Looking Glass renders a server-side PDF with the negotiated terms and both parties' signatures. We support an opinionated default template, and we can work with your legal team to customize it.

Where are master files stored?

Encrypted in Amazon S3, scoped to your tenant. Downloads are served via pre-signed URLs that expire after one hour.

Do you handle payments?

Not in the initial release. Looking Glass tracks the commercial terms and gives your finance team the exports they need; payment processing integration is on the roadmap.

How long does setup take?

A new tenant can be provisioned in under an hour. Branding, sample content, and admin users typically come online the same day.
